The bond I share with parents after the home visit is a true gift. It’s a springboard for the rapid progress that follows during the two week consultation, and a confidence boost that lasts through the toughest parts of sleep training.
I offer this package to families who would benefit from a straightforward sleep environment assessment, in-person modelling, and relational mentoring.
After your sleep plan is written and agreed upon, I’ll spend 2 hours with you and your child the first night of implementation. My goal is to get you through the hardest part of initiating the new plan, and to ensure the way you’re doing it is effective and correct.
During the visit, I’ll give you hands-on guidance, and assess how your child is reacting and adapting to the method we chose. When your child has fallen asleep and you feel confident about managing what’s ahead, I’ll leave and we’ll spend the next two weeks touching base daily about how things are progressing.
At the end of the two-week consultation your child will have learned how to self-soothe, will only wake to eat when hungry, and will be on a developmentally appropriate sleep schedule.
If you have an older child, he/she will learn to stay within the boundaries we set at bedtime and naptime, will sleep through the night without interruption, and will be getting consistent, high quality rest at predictable times each day/night.
You will finally be able to enjoy a well-rested, flexible baby (and be well-rested yourself)!

We had a great experience working with Laura. We started sleep training our baby at 4 months old and he used to wake up every couple of hours at night. He also wouldn't nap for longer than 30 minutes during the day, which was making our lives extremely challenging. Laura worked with us on a plan based on his age and personality and helped us adjust it throughout the process. She was responsive and hands on, which was really helpful for when we had any questions. Our baby now sleeps through the night and is able to take longer naps throughout the day. We would highly recommend working with her.
We worked with Laura to sleep train our 2 year old, and I recommend her without reservation! Our little one was showing a lot of separation anxiety at bedtime, and had proven he was extremely resistant to the method we used successfully with our older child. Laura worked with us to determine a customized plan, gave helpful, in-the-moment feedback, and always texted back when we had questions. While our little guy did continue to prove his strong will, we followed the plan to our best ability and it worked! He now goes to sleep at night with minimal fuss and takes a full nap easily. Even better, now that he is consistently well-rested, his mood is improved and he is simply a delight to spend time with. What a gift! Laura was so supportive throughout, and I wish we'd known about her sooner!
Our son was previously sleep trained by us from 4 months to 13 months and was sleeping 12 hours a night until he hit 14 months and everything broke apart! He was waking up every two hours, wouldn’t allow us to put him back down in the bed, needed to drink milk in the middle of the night, and even slept in the bed a few times with us which we had never done before. We were in desperate need of help so I found Laura and I was skeptical at first because we had never put our son in the crib wide awake nor did I know he was old enough to learn how to put himself to sleep. I was completely shocked at how well my son adapted to his personalized sleep plan. Laura was an amazing coach through the whole thing. She made a personalized plan just for him and something she kept in mind was our schedules too. I work nights and my husband works during the day so she asked us what would work best for us and it has changed our lives. We know to expect some off days because we also don’t sleep consistently from day to day realistically but this has been the best investment for ourselves and our son. Good sleep = happy baby. We love Laura and how kind she is and how willing she is to help!
As a mom of 3, I was just too exhausted to try and research sleep training for babies for a 3rd time. I was willing to put a plan into action. I just didn’t have the mental bandwidth to create the plan. This is where Laura came into play. Laura is a rockstar, and truly changed our lives as we navigated being first-time parents and the sleep issues our son was facing. After working with her consistently over the course of two weeks, we noticed a major difference in our son’s sleep patterns (although the changes began almost immediately)! He was finally able to achieve longer, restorative naps multiple times a day, he was happy going to sleep in his own bed, and he settled into a much healthier sleep schedule overnight. She never pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with, instead gently teaching us about all of our options as well as sharing lots of research. We have worked with Laura three times now - when our 4 year old was 10 months old, then again when she was 2 years old (as a refresher), and now with our new baby! Laura was exceptionally supportive, encouraging and thorough when we first connected with her when we began sleep training our daughter around six months. In addition to Laura's compassionate approach, it was so easy for me to trust her and to implement her suggestions knowing that she had raised seven children of her own! Laura changed our life! We were so sleep deprived and struggling to get our 4 month old baby to sleep on her own. Laura’s sleep plan and support helped us so much! After the first day of following Laura’s plan our baby was sleeping on her own and getting good, deep sleep. Laura was so helpful with multiple phone calls to talk through challenges we were having. Her sleep plan worked beautifully for our 3 year old! My son had some big changes in his life (move to another state, dad began traveling 20 days a month, and he started school). He was waking up all night! I was getting 90 min naps throughout the night and my days were suffering. Laura was so patient and kind while we navigated through what was anxiety, what was defiance, and what was age appropriate behaviors around his sleep habits. He was sleeping through the night by night 3 and our routine was locked in by night 5. Haven’t had an issue since. Laura was professional, kind, and such a great cheerleader. We aren’t in the same state, or even in the same time zone, and she still was there every step of the way! Having a happy kid and my nights back is worth EVERYTHING!! Can’t recommend her enough!
Laura saved us from regular night wake ups, hours of struggle to get 17 mo back to sleep, anxious sleeping, and very tired days. The routine she gave us and walked us through was straightforward and like magic. Now we all sleep through the night, and if anything comes up, we know exactly how to reassure kiddo and get her back to sleep.
