1 Hour Phone Consult

- One-on-one opportunity for Laura to answer basic questions about your child’s sleep issues.
- This package does NOT include a customized sleep plan or support.
- Includes two 30-minute calls.
- The first call will be what Laura calls the "brain dump", when she answers all your questions and gives you a verbal plan to follow.
- After 5-7 days of implementing her advice the second follow-up call is scheduled.
Basic Support Package

- This package includes an extensive, written, personalized sleep plan along with Laura's advice and encouragement by phone for two weeks.
- Includes four, 30-minute calls (video or telephone depending on preference) over the two-week period
Daily Support Package

Parent favorite!
- Includes an extensive, personalized sleep plan along with Laura's daily advice and encouragement for two weeks.
- Each day you'll send Laura a sleep log along with any questions/concerns you have.
- She'll respond with new ideas, accountability, lots of empathy and she'll show up as your biggest cheerleader through the process.
- Includes phone calls throughout the 2-week consultation, as well as an optional free 3rd week of support
- Daily text support
Face to Face Package

Includes 2 Full Weeks of Support
- This package offers a way for you to have personal support from Laura in your home and build a bond with her as the roller coaster ride begins!
- Includes a personalized sleep plan, a 2 hour home visit, two weeks of daily check-in emails, texting and phone calls.
- After the sleep plan has been written and mutually agreed upon, Laura will be with you in your home for the first bedtime of implementation.
- She'll walk through each step with you and model best practices so that you'll feel confident to continue with support after the visit.
Maintenance Support for Returning Families
This option is for children who I have previously helped through a two-week consultation. You never know what sleep challenges may come with the arrival of a new sibling, illness, transitions or developmental milestones! I'm here to help!

This extends any two-week package. Includes daily sleep logs, virtual/phone calls, email and text correspondence. Must be purchased for the same child Laura worked with previously, not a sibling!
